Whenever possible our Travel Specialists and our Product & Marketing teams travel to our key holiday destinations inspecting our preferred hotels and attractions, to ensure we offer the very best advice, recommendations, and ideas for your holiday.

Working directly with Suppliers also delivers competitive prices and additional benefits which our customers can enjoy, adding extra value to their holiday. Our strong direct supplier relationships also mean our customers are well looked after throughout their holiday experience at their chosen resort or hotel.

Our TAANZ membership ensures that any payment made to the Our World brands is protected by the TAANZ bond, full details at www.taanz.org.nz. Our team of Travel Specialists are contactable should any of our customers require assistance while overseas on their holiday. We are only an email or phone call away.

Therefore, prices and availability may change after prices are offered to you and before you request that we create bookings on your behalf.
