Terms and conditions
• Prices quoted per couple and packages 1 & 2 conditional on a minimum (5) five nights stay.
• Valid for ceremonies conducted during business hours. Surcharges apply after hours, weekends & public holiday. Weddings cannot be booked for 24, 25, 26, 30 and 31 December or 1 January.
• Confirmation for Wedding Packages booked are conditional upon meeting the terms and conditions of Shefa Province, the local authority for registration of marriages.
• Once a ceremony date and time are booked the following is required to confirm: Confirmation of Wedding Booking Form. Notice of Intended Marriage” Form. Birth certificates and Passports for bride and groom. Decree Nisi or death certificate for previous marriages.
• Day Use of venues is until 5pm; evening use is from 6pm
• All events, equipment hire, etc are subject to availability.
• Full guest list must be reported 2 weeks prior to the event.

Prices are valid for travel  to 31 March 2025 in NZ dollars and subject to currency fluctuations and are for payment by cash, eftpos or cheque only. Wedding packages must be booked in conjunction with accommodation booked through Our Weddings.
